If you are a Fleet Customer (as defined in the TOU) and provide us with Personal Information of the drivers of your fleet vehicles (the “Drivers”), which may be required in order to conduct transactions on the Website, you represent and warrant that you have obtained permission from such Drivers to: (i) provide such Personal Information to us; (ii) for us to provide such Personal Information to Registered Users/Registered Service Providers in connection with the transactions performed on the Website; and (ii) for us to use such Personal Information as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you are a Fleet Customer providing Personal Information of Drivers to the Website, you will only provide the Personal Information that is strictly required to conduct the transaction on the Website. If a Registered User/Registered Service Provider is performing a transaction with a Fleet Customer on the Website, the use of such information by the Registered User/Registered Service Provider, which shall include, without limitation, the Personal Information of Drivers, will be subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement between the Fleet Customer and the Registered User/Registered Service Provider, and not by this Privacy Policy.
Use of Information
We use your Personal Information and other transaction data to provide you with access to the full functionality of the Website, to facilitate transactions on our Website (which will include, without limitation, sharing Personal Information of Drivers with Registered Users/Registered Service Providers), to provide usage reports and other information relating to your use of the Website, to communicate with you about our products and services, and to monitor your usage of the Website so that we can better understand and improve your Website experience. We also share pricing and other information among the Registered User/Registered Service Provider and the Fleet Customer for the purposes described above.
